Manifestasi Pendidikan Karakter Berbasis Metode Sariswara di Era Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru

Abstract

Abstrak :

Pendidikan karakter sangat dibutuhkan agar menjadi warga negara yang baik. Sehingga perlu metode yang khsusus dalam penanamannya dimasa adaptasi kebiasaan baru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manifestasi pendidikan karakter menggunakan metode sariswara disaat adaptasi kebiasaan baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif diskriptif bertempat di prodi pendidikan guru sekolah dasar universitas sarjanawiyata tamansiswa. Dengan narasumber kaprodi, dosen dan mahasiswa, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data pengumpulan data, reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan metode sariswara mahasiswa lebih mampu mengembangkan karakternya meskipun lewat pembelajaran daring. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi video vlogger serta project citizen. Berdasar hasil penelitian mahasiswa lebih bisa menerapkan karakter mandiri dan tanggung jawab dalam pembuatan video blogger. Sedangkan dalam project citizen didapat menumbuhkan karakter menghargai prestasi, bersahabat, cinta tanah air dan semangat kebangsaan.

 

Abstract:

Character education is needed to be a good citizen. So we need a special method of planting it during the adaptation of new habits. The purpose of this study was to determine the manifestation of character education using the Sariswara method when adapting new habits. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods located in the primary school teacher education study program at the Bachelorwiyata Tamansiswa University. With the head of study programs, lecturers and students, using data analysis techniquesdata collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions.The results showed that with the sariswara method, students were better able to develop their character even through online learning. Activities carried out include video vloggers and project citizens. Based on the research results, students are more able to apply independent character and responsibility in making video bloggers. Meanwhile, in the project citizen, it is found that the character develops respect for achievement, friendship, love for the homeland and the spirit of nationalism.
