Guidance from coaches plays a role in achieving such success. The quality of athletes is a key factor in their success. Regional Student Sports Week (POPDA) serves as a platform for developing and nurturing potential student-athletes. The city of Surakarta has experienced an increase in athletic achievements each year. The success of athletes is influenced by factors such as the quality of athletes, the qualifications and intensity of coaches, training programs and schedules, as well as competitions and available facilities. This study explains the importance of athletic achievements and the factors that influence them, including athlete development, social support, and regulatory systems. The research focuses on the Regional Student Sports Week in Surakarta as a venue for developing student-athletes at the provincial and national levels. The study adopts a descriptive approach, utilizing data on student athletic achievements by the Youth and Sports Services Surakarta City. The analysis reveals that Youth and Sports Services conducts selective recruitment of athletes, implements the Special Sports Class program, and collaborates with sports teachers. Licensed or certified coaches are essential in athlete development. The success of Regional Student Sports Week athletes in Surakarta is supported by quality facilities, incentives, and rewards. This research aims to develop a learning model in the form of a chain-throwing game using physical products in the form of guidebooks for educators and video tutorials on how to play. The research method used is R&amp;D "Research and Development" or development research. The sample of this research was 132 students. The research instrument used a questionnaire for 3 validators and a student questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive with percentage score results. The average score obtained from the evaluation results from game experts was 93.33% in the content aspect, 94% in the quality aspect (Very Good), learning material experts were 96.67% in the content aspect, 96% in the quality aspect, and 96% in the language aspect. 93.33% (Very Good), and language material experts in the is aspect 90%, in the quality aspect 92%, and in the language aspect 93.33% (Very Good). Sports achievements in this research are focused on sports which is one of the sports contested in the National Student Sports Olympiad. The method used is a qualitative research method. The data collection technique uses interview techniques focusing on understanding a phenomenon through interaction. Reflexive thematic analysis data analysis techniques consist of; 1) recognising data, 2) generating codes, 3) developing themes, 4) reviewing potential themes, 5) defining and naming themes, and 6) creating a report. The research correspondents consisted of class V and VI athletes who excelled in the National Student Sports Olympiad at the South Kalimantan Province level and sports practitioners, namely parents and accompanying teachers, in this case, PPE teachers. The results of the data analysis articulate that the role of PE teachers in developing swimming performance is not yet visible it is very minimal. This research aimed to determine the comparison of motor educability of elementary school students in grades 1, 2, and 3 of schools in the village. This research uses survey methods and quantitative research. The sample consisted of&nbsp; 138 students grades 1, 2, and 3, students in village school. The measurement test uses the IOWA BRACE TEST which consists of 21 types of tests. The research data was analyzed using Excel which was presented in the form of a measure of central tendency. This research is quantitative descriptive research using survey methods by means of interviews and observations. The sampling technique used was quota sampling with a total sample of 144 elementary school children aged 7-9 years, consisting of 72 boys and 72 girls. This research uses anthropometric instruments and the Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2). In analysing the data, this researcher used descriptive percentage data analysis techniques with the following results: (1) The nutritional status of lower grade elementary school children in Lowokwaru District, Malang City is predominantly in the normal category. (2) The level of motor skills of lower grade elementary school children in Lowokwaru District, Malang City is more dominant in the "average" category. Based on these results, it is recommended that teachers carry out measurements of nutritional status and motor skills in the context of learning evaluation. The method used by researchers is a survey method using a questionnaire. By using the survey method, data can be obtained which will be analyzed using descriptive and percentage statistical techniques. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn from this research: Students' interest in participating in extracurricular swimming activities in elementary schools from the overall data tends to be in the High category. Students' interest in participating in extracurricular swimming activities in elementary schools from the overall data tends to be in the High category. In this category, student interest was very high, accounting for 12 students (26.67%), in the high category, accounting for 13 students (28.89%), in the sufficient category, accounting for 9 students (20%), and in the low category. a total of 11 students (24.44%).
